  • have authority to bind yourself or the business you represent; and
  • provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting support.

You are responsible for compliance with laws that apply to your business, website, and customers (including privacy, ecommerce, and tax obligations for your store).

2. Our services

SureCartHub appMobile admin app for connected SureCart merchant accounts

Support & documentationHelp via email and published guides, as offered for each Product

We may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts not to remove core functionality you paid for during an active license term without notice, except where required for security, legal compliance, or third-party platform changes (e.g. SureCart or WordPress API changes).

3. Accounts, orders, and payments

Purchases are processed through our store (powered by SureCart and our payment provider). By completing checkout, you agree to pay the listed price, taxes, and any applicable fees.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your purchase email and account details current;
  • safeguarding license keys and download links; and
  • ensuring payment information is authorized for use.

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or clear pricing errors.

Refunds: Unless stated on a specific product page or required by law, sales of digital Products are [final / subject to our refund policy — customize, e.g. 14-day refund if the Product has not been activated]. Contact contact@surecarthub.com for refund requests. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in license revocation.

4. Licenses — general rules

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product according to these Terms and the product-specific license terms shown at purchase.

Unless we state otherwise for a Product:

4.1 Permitted use

  • Install and use the Product on the number of sites allowed by your license tier;
  • Use the Product to operate your own or your clients’ SureCart/WordPress sites, if your license tier allows agency/client use;
  • Receive updates and support for the period included with your purchase or subscription.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute license keys except as expressly allowed;
  • bypass activation or usage limits (including activation count, domain, or device limits);
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits;
  • remove copyright, trademark, or license notices;
  • use a Product to build a competing product or service that substantially reproduces our Products;
  • use one Product’s license to unlock a different Product (e.g. a plugin license does not license the SureCartHub app, and vice versa).

4.3 Activation

Licensed software may require online activation with a license key and, where applicable, a site URL, domain, or device/store identifier. We and our systems may validate activations via SureCart’s public license API or our servers. We may suspend or revoke a license if we reasonably believe it is shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

4.4 Open source and third-party code

Some Products may include third-party or open-source components governed by separate licenses. Those components remain subject to their original licenses. Where a Product is distributed under GPL or similar terms, those terms apply to the extent required by law, in addition to these Terms for our proprietary services (support, updates hub, etc.).

5. SureCartHub mobile app — additional terms

The SureCartHub app is a separate Product with its own license. These terms apply in addition to Sections 4–4.3.

5.1 Connecting your store

To use the app, you must connect a SureCart merchant account using a secret API token you create in your SureCart dashboard. You are solely responsible for:

  • creating, securing, and rotating API tokens;
  • permissions granted to each token; and
  • all actions taken in your store through the app using your token.

We do not store your SureCart password. Token storage on your device is described in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Read vs. write access

Depending on your license and activation status, the app may allow viewing store data without a paid app license, while creating, editing, or deleting data may require an active SureCartHub app license activated for that store/device as described in the app. Feature availability may change as the app evolves.

5.3 Push notifications (optional)

If you enable push notifications, you authorize our notification service to register your device and process webhooks from your SureCart store for events you select. You can disable notifications in the app and on your device at any time.

5.4 Your merchant data

Data about your products, orders, customers, and subscriptions is your business data. You represent that you have the right to access and manage that data through the app. SureCartHub processes it only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Support

Support scope, channels, and response times depend on the Product purchased. Unless stated otherwise:

  • support is provided in English via contact@surecarthub.com;
  • we do not guarantee resolution of issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, themes, SureCart outages, or misconfiguration outside our Products;
  • we may request temporary admin/API access or diagnostic information to troubleshoot; you may revoke access when support ends.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our property

SureCartHub, our logos, website content, Product code (except where open-source licenses apply), documentation, and branding are owned by [Your Legal Entity Name] or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our name, logos, or marks without prior written permission, except fair descriptive use (e.g. “compatible with SureCart”).

7.2 Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

Our Products integrate with SureCart, WordPress, payment processors, hosting providers, Expo/push services, and other third parties we do not control. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

SureCart is a separate platform. SureCartHub is an independent provider of extensions and tools for SureCart users. SureCart is a trademark of its respective owner. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SureCart unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, or policy changes that affect Product functionality.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to interfere with our website, license servers, or notification infrastructure;
  • scrape or overload our systems without permission;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • use our Products in violation of applicable export, sanctions, or data-protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • the website, downloads, or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
  • Products will meet every business requirement or remain compatible with every SureCart, WordPress, or device version; or
  • results from using our Products (e.g. sales, uptime, or data accuracy) will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • SURECARTHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureCartHub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your use of our Products or services;
  • your SureCart store, website, or customer data;
  • your breach of these Terms; or
  • your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license or access if you breach these Terms, abuse license limits, or engage in fraud or chargebacks.

You may stop using our Products at any time. Upon termination:

  • your license to use the Product ends (except where law or GPL requires continued rights to already-distributed code);
  • you must stop using license keys and, where reasonable, uninstall our Products;
  • provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change. Material changes may be posted on the website or communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For subscription Products, material adverse changes may allow cancellation as required by law or your subscription terms.

15. General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and product-specific purchase terms are the entire agreement regarding our services.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (hosting outages, natural disasters, platform API changes, etc.).
